YOUR FUTURE IS HERE.

Every year Urban Underground reaches out to schools and street corners for teens who are down to make a change in themselves and the city. Our current members and alum will tell you that joining Urban Underground was one of the best decisions they ever made. If you are:

• Tired of the violence in your school, home, or neighborhood 

• Impacted by having a parent or loved one in prison

• Down to meet and connect with new people from different schools

• Tired of being bored after school

• Looking to learn new things about yourself and the world around you

• Between the ages of 13-18

• Ready to make a difference

When you join Urban Underground you are joining a family of young leaders and supportive adults committed to helping you make a difference in yourself and the community. As a member you must be willing to participate in at least two activities per week. These activities include leadership workshops, movie nights, academic support, life-skills sessions, brother to brother, sister to sister, technology classes, and more. If you are interested in joining you must take the following next steps:

STEP 2: Tell a friend or classmate to complete an application

 

STEP 3: Attend one of the mandatory information-sessions
